Notary & Commissioner ServicesRouba Wehbe is the founder of O Légal, admitted to the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario. Her legal practice focuses on immigration law, private international law, and notarial services, and she also provides advisory services in political affairs, public policy, and international negotiation. Before founding O Légal, she held legal and advisory roles in the Parliament of Canada, advising Members of Parliament and Ministers on legislative, regulatory, ethics, compliance, immigration, and public policy matters, and supporting the Office of the Prime Minister on strategic initiatives. She teaches Private International Law at the University of Ottawa and the Université du Québec en Outaouais, and serves as a teaching assistant in Canadian politics and public policy at the Royal Military College of Canada. Rouba holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, studied law at the Lebanese University, and completed advanced studies at The Hague Academy of International Law and trade-negotiation training with the World Trade Organization in Geneva.
