About Rony

Rony Khalife practises exclusively in corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions, handling matters from corporate finance to day-to-day governance for companies at all stages. He began working with the firm while completing his law degree at the University of Ottawa and joined as a lawyer after graduating with honors and being called to the bar. He has helped clients in the United States and across Canada structure their businesses and complete private placement financings in industries including real estate development, cannabis, retail and technology.
