About Martin

Martin Villeneuve is a business lawyer with experience in corporate law and intellectual property matters, and is admitted to both the Quebec and Ontario Bars. As general counsel for a startup, he helped guide the company through its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, advising its executive team on strategic decisions and legal initiatives. He completed the In-House Counsel Certification program offered by the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association in collaboration with the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Villeneuve is a member of the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada and the Canadian Bar Association, and he practises in both English and French.
