Business & Corporate LawBryan Robinson founded Robinson Business Law and has practised business law exclusively since being called to the Québec Bar in 2002, focusing on startups, corporate law, financing and other commercial matters. He has substantial experience in corporate financing, including private equity work, and frequently analyzes exemptions under Regulation 45-106 respecting prospectus exemptions. Robinson also teaches at the University of Ottawa, where he has taught in the Civil Law degree program and the Notarial Law master's program for close to a decade, and he teaches the business law module at the Québec Bar School. He serves on the boards of the Fondation Maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie and the Clinique de droit notarial de l'Outaouais.
