About Rona

Rona Khidri founded RK Avocate and practices criminal and penal law across Montreal, Laval, the South Shore, and the wider province of Quebec. Before becoming a lawyer, Khidri worked as a legal technician at a firm and as a court clerk at the Montreal courthouse, experience that shaped a practical understanding of the judicial system. The practice covers criminal defence, penal and regulatory offences, negotiations with the prosecution and plea bargaining, court representation, and Charter rights and constitutional challenges. Khidri holds a Bachelor of Law from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal, and serves a diverse clientele in French, English, Dari (Persian), Hindi, and Urdu.
