About Roman

Roman Iatsenko is an associate at Kirkby Law practising criminal law, immigration, personal injury, and no-fault claims. He graduated in 2010 from a law program in Ukraine focused on civil and commercial law and worked as a law firm assistant on corporate bankruptcy matters before immigrating to Canada in 2012. He began volunteering at Kirkby Law in 2016 to gain experience in common law, completed his Canadian legal education at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2022.
