About Harvey

Harvey Singh is a lawyer at Regina Criminal Law whose practice focuses primarily on criminal defence, alongside select civil litigation and immigration matters. Since his call to the Saskatchewan bar in 2023, he has represented clients on bail hearings, contested applications, trials, and resolution negotiations. Before relocating to Canada, Harvey practised law in India, where his early practice focused on civil litigation, including property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, family law issues, and negotiable instruments cases, along with summary criminal proceedings. He is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and is also called to the Law Society of Manitoba, allowing him to represent clients in multiple jurisdictions. Harvey completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2011 and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2015 in India.
