About Rocco

Rocco 'Rocky' Vacca is a partner at Sullivan Mahoney LLP practicing out of the firm's Niagara Falls office, where he co-chairs the Administrative Law Group. His practice focuses on business law, municipal and local government law, planning and development law, and real estate law. Rocky counsels land developers, homebuilders, and hospitality industry leaders throughout the Niagara Region, and frequently handles the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of high-rise hotels and other commercial properties. He regularly appears before Committees of Adjustment, Municipal Councils, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, and the Assessment Review Board on behalf of clients seeking development approvals. Rocky was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and holds an LL.B. and a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario. He is a founding member and past president of the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association of Niagara.
