About Robert
Robert Roth graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1974. His practice concentrated on civil litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice cases beginning in 1978. In 1990, the Law Society of Ontario certified him as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Over the years he has lectured for the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society, including for the Bar Admission Course's trial advocacy training, and has spoken at events run by the Canadian Institute. He has also contributed to a number of legal periodicals, and many of the cases he has argued, in medical malpractice and broader civil litigation, have been reported in Canadian case law publications.
