About Robert

Robert Mallett was called to the British Columbia bar in 2014, holding a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2013) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics with distinction from the University of Alberta (2006). The practice focuses on resolving construction disputes, including contractual matters, delay and deficiency claims, insurance and warranty coverage, builders liens, and infrastructure project disputes involving electrical transmission, LNG and residential construction. Mallett also advises strata councils on warranty and deficiency issues, with litigation experience at all British Columbia court levels and in arbitrations.
