Robert is a litigator with almost 40 years of experience emphasizing personal injury, motor vehicle, disability benefits, wrongful dismissal and insurance litigation, with trial and appellate experience at all levels of court in Ontario. A former chairperson of the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits Tribunal, Robert has level II collaborative-law training and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986.
