About Robert

Robert Harvie has practised law in Lethbridge since earning his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1985. His practice at Harvie denBok Pollock focuses on family law, divorce, family property, and constitutional matters, and he has litigated in trial and appellate courts throughout Alberta. He holds the Q.Arb designation from the ADR Institute of Canada and the ADR Institute of Alberta, and has trained as a collaborative lawyer. Harvie has taught Business Law at the University of Lethbridge and served as Editorial Board Chair for Law Matters, the Canadian Bar Association's Alberta publication, in addition to writing for LawNow Magazine.
