About Tyler

Tyler Pollock is a partner at Harvie denBok Pollock in Lethbridge, where he has practised law since 2016 with a family-law-focused practice covering trial advocacy, negotiation, collaborative law, mediation, and arbitration in parenting and property disputes. He earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law in 2015 and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Lethbridge in 2010. His further training includes a Certificate in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, mediator certification (2017), Collaborative Law Professional certification (2018), a 40-hour Interest-Based Negotiation Course (2014), and the Intensive Trial Advocacy Course (2015). He works as counsel, mediator, collaborative professional, and arbitrator, and contributes to provincial collaborative law initiatives.
