About Robert

Robert F. Goddard operates a solo criminal defence practice in Kingston, Ontario, handling criminal law matters, administrative tribunals, and appeals, including work before the Consent and Capacity Board and the Ontario Review Board. Goddard graduated from law school in 1990 and practiced criminal law in Toronto before joining Queen's University's Correctional Law Project in 1994, staying roughly twenty years before returning to private practice. Goddard is a longstanding member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association and a past treasurer of the Kingston Criminal Defence Lawyers' Association.
