About Rob

Rob Kitto is a criminal defence lawyer in London, Ontario, and has been an associate, and now owner, of Behr Law Professional Corporation since 2006. His practice covers trials, pleas, and bail reviews in the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as jury and judge-alone trials and appeals in the Superior Court. He has experience before the Ontario Review Board, including hearings, long-term offender applications, and matters in Gladue, Therapeutic, and Youth Courts. Kitto articled at Gowling, Lafleur, Henderson in 2003-2004 and previously prepared memoranda and facta at a boutique civil litigation firm. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Computer Science and Mathematics (1997) and an M.Sc. in Computer Science (2000) from the University of Western Ontario, in addition to his LL.B. (2003) from the same institution, and won the Criminal Law Prize in his bar admissions course.
