Personal InjuryRita Margaret Gratsias is the founding partner of Gratsias Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto (2000) and completed her law degree at the Victoria University of Manchester, School of Law in England (2002), followed by accreditation at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (2003). She was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 and practises personal injury law, including traumatic brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, slip and trip and falls, occupier's liability, product liability, long-term disability, bicycle accidents, animal attacks, sports injuries, and medical and dental malpractice. She has conducted trials, arbitrations and mediations, and has appeared before the Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Social Benefits Tribunal. She is an active member of Toronto's Greek community and is fluent in Greek.
