About Gratsias Law

Gratsias Law is a personal injury practice in Toronto, founded by Rita Margaret Gratsias. Gratsias earned a B.A. in Criminology from the University of Toronto in 2000, studied law at the Victoria University of Manchester in England, and completed accreditation at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law in 2003 before being called to the Ontario bar in 2004. Gratsias belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association.

The firm takes on personal injury claims only, including motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, slip and trip and falls, occupiers' liability, product liability, traumatic brain injury, long term disability claims, wrongful death, dog bites, and medical malpractice. Work is contingency based, so clients owe no legal fees unless a claim succeeds, and the firm offers a free half hour consultation up front. Gratsias Law serves clients across Ontario from its office on Consumers Road in Toronto.

Gratsias Law offers services in Greek as well as English. Gratsias also serves as legal advisor on the executive council of the Panmessinian Association of Toronto Canada, a Greek community organization with more than 60 years of philanthropic activity.
