About Richika

Richika Bodani is a partner at McKercher LLP's Regina office specializing in administrative, health, and insurance law. She represents health professionals and insurers in disputes and appeals before administrative tribunals, regulatory bodies, and Saskatchewan courts up to the Court of Appeal, as well as the Federal Court. She served as Past-President of the Regina Bar Association, teaches business law as a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina, and volunteers with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan. A Regina native, Richika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014, along with a Certificate of Health Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, and joined the firm's partnership in 2023.
