About Richard

Richard Vining is the founder and managing lawyer of Marigold Law Group, a lifelong Victoria resident whose deep community roots inspired him to become a lawyer. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Victoria, where he specialized in service management, and he brings that customer-service focus to his broad-ranging legal practice, handling wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, business and corporate law, real estate, family law, and civil litigation matters.
