About Altamish
Khaki is a Vancouver-based trial lawyer focused on resolving family law disputes, and has appeared before provincial and supreme courts across the Lower Mainland as well as in Prince George, Terrace, Kamloops, Kelowna, Campbell River, Smithers, Fort Nelson, Port Alberni, Williams Lake, Nanaimo, and Victoria. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association. He volunteers with the Access Pro Bono Society of BC and serves as a director of the Surrey Bar Association. He is in the process of qualifying as a family law mediator, with expected completion around spring 2026.
