About Richard

Richard M. LeBlanc was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1978, holding a bachelor's degree in administration (1974) and a licence en droit (1977) from the University of Ottawa. He founded the firm LeBlanc Donaldson, which was integrated into RPGL in 2018, and focuses his practice on construction law, real estate law and condominium law. He appears regularly before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Régie du bâtiment, and speaks on construction, real estate and condominium law with training recognized by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
