About Paul

Paul Fréchette has practised law for more than 30 years, mainly in family, civil, commercial, and tax matters, and has appeared before the Quebec Court of Appeal, Superior Court, Court of Québec, Municipal Court, and Tax Court. Fréchette is also accredited by the Superior Court as a mediator in family, civil, and commercial matters and has taught alternative dispute resolution methods at the University of Ottawa. Fréchette holds a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Barreau du Québec. The practice covers family mediation, separation and divorce, custody and child support, civil matters such as hidden defects, neighbour disputes and real estate, commercial contracts and leases, and tax rollovers and disputes.
