About Richard

Richard Beamish has been a partner at Tapper Cuddy LLP since 1998, after joining as an associate on his call to the Manitoba bar in 1987. He holds a law degree from the University of Alberta, along with undergraduate arts and science degrees from the same university. His civil litigation practice covers commercial disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice, disability insurance claims, estate litigation, and professional liability matters. He has served as a lifetime council member of the Manitoba Bar Association and chairs the Canadian Bar Association's Judicial Compensation Committee, and the 2026 Best Lawyers Canada guide recognized him for personal injury litigation.
