Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionRichard LeBlanc has practised law in Trois-Rivières since his admission to the Barreau du Québec in 2008, focusing mainly on family law and youth protection, and also handling general civil law and Indigenous law matters. He served as a representative in the Independent Assessment Process (IAP) for former students of residential schools who were survivors of physical, psychological and sexual abuse. LeBlanc holds a law degree from Université de Montréal along with several additional degrees, including a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Graduate Studies in Medicine at Université de Montréal, a master's degree in biological anthropology, postdoctoral studies in epidemiology at Université Laval and in biomechanical engineering at École Polytechnique de Montréal, and bachelor's degrees in anthropology and in medical biology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. He offers services in both French and English.
