Pénélope L. Provencher joined the firm through a co-op internship from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2011 and was sworn in in 2012, practising exclusively in criminal and penal law. She has argued before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal, and is involved with the Barreau du Québec's Criminal Committee, the criminal-chamber liaison table of the Court of Québec for the Trois-Rivières and Shawinigan district, the Conseil de la Magistrature du Québec, the board of AQAAD, and serves as a first counsellor of the Barreau de la Mauricie.
