About Richard
Richard E. Olschewski is a founder and partner of Olschewski Davie Barristers & Solicitors, called to the Manitoba bar in 1999 and to the Nunavut bar in 2012. Richard's practice is principally real estate, land development, First Nations, corporate commercial and construction law, alongside several hundred litigation files. Richard has appeared before administrative tribunals across the country — in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nunavut — on claims under the Independent Assessment Process of the Indian Residential Schools Settlement. Richard sat on the board of directors of the Children's Museum from 2012 to 2018 and currently sits on the board of EO Manitoba.
