About Renate

Renate Eschlboeck is a personal injury lawyer and mediator with more than 20 years of experience litigating insurance-related matters. She spent much of her career defending insurance claims and handling coverage litigation and risk assessment before shifting her practice to represent injured plaintiffs. Her work covers motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, sexual assault, statutory accident benefits, and deaths arising from accidents or long-term care, along with commercial and professional liability disputes. As a mediator, Renate also helps parties negotiate and resolve these disputes outside of court. She completed a Certificate of Achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law in December 2010.
