About Rena

Rena Chen is the founder of C & Co Family Law and practises as a collaborative family lawyer and mediator. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015 and, after finding traditional courtroom advocacy insufficient for many family disputes, spent more than 100 training hours to become a certified collaborative family lawyer and mediator. Chen has over 10 years of family law practice and 13 years in the industry, and she built the firm around a settlement-oriented, trauma-informed approach to family conflict.
