Rekha P. McNutt practices primarily in immigration law, with experience in temporary resident visas, Express Entry, federal skilled worker applications, the Canadian experience class, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program matters, family class sponsorships, refugee claims, pre-removal risk assessments, and humanitarian and compassionate applications.
