About Rebekah

Rebekah Weizman was called to the Alberta Bar in 2011 and has practised almost exclusively in family law since. She has appeared in both the Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court in Alberta, and while an experienced courtroom advocate, she also has a track record of resolving matters outside of court. Her practice focuses on divorce, matrimonial and common-law property division, custody and parenting, and child and spousal support. She also practises in wills and estates, helping clients with estate planning including wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives. Weizman was born and raised in Edmonton, earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2007, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2010. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
