About Rebekah

Rebekah Dunsmore earned an Honours BA in Political Science with Distinction from the University of Guelph in 2007 and a JD with Honours from the University of Toronto in 2010. She was called to the bar in June 2011 after articling with the Department of Justice in Toronto, working in tax law and litigation, federal prosecutions with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, and immigration security law. She has been with The Miller Law Group since shortly after her call and now practises estate planning and administration, corporate, commercial and business law. She completed an MBA Essentials Certificate at the London School of Economics in 2020 and is pursuing a Master of Laws with specializations in financial law and taxation. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada), a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She also sits on the Faculty Council of Osgoode Hall Law School, the Planned Giving Committee of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation, and the board of the Muskoka Community Futures Development Corporation.
