About Rea
Rea advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, and terminations, and assists employees with workplace disputes, severance matters, and human rights concerns. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. Before joining Ascent, she practised at a boutique firm and one of Western Canada's largest litigation firms, handling complex civil disputes including insurance defence and personal injury matters. She is conversational in Punjabi.
