About Raynard
Raynard von Hahn is the principal of Genesis Law Corporation, called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1993. His practice focuses primarily on corporate finance and securities law matters, and he has been involved in numerous financings, exchange listings, restructurings, workouts and turnarounds. His clients operate in a wide range of endeavours in Canada, the United States and overseas, and he advises them on public and private financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, stock options, corporate governance and corporate restructurings. He takes an entrepreneurial, company-oriented approach to legal and business issues.
