About Randall
Randall has substantial experience in competition law and contentious matters before the Competition Bureau and Tribunal, and before all levels of Canadian courts and federal administrative tribunals. From 2018 to 2019, he served as General Counsel and Senior Enforcement Advisor to the Competition Bureau, leading enforcement matters related to mergers, abuse of dominance and cartels. He has litigated many of Canada's high-profile competition cases and has experience across numerous industries.
