About Rajiv

Rajiv Sharma practises corporate and regulatory law with a focus on the healthcare sector, drawing on more than 25 years of experience with the Ontario government, a Bay Street national firm, and roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Healthcare Compliance Officer for two global corporations. His corporate work includes buying and selling businesses and negotiating commercial agreements covering licensing, supply and distribution, manufacturing, and joint ventures. His healthcare practice covers clinical trial agreements, submissions to Health Canada, product launch and marketing compliance, formulary reimbursement, and internal anti-corruption and healthcare compliance investigations. His regulatory work also spans competition law, government procurement, and international trade, including WTO and NAFTA matters. Rajiv earned his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a BA from York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999.
