About Rajesh
Rajesh Mohan is a third-generation lawyer with an international background, called to the bar in Queensland, Australia, as well as in Ontario and British Columbia, and now practising criminal defence in Alberta. He earned his LL.B. with honours through a joint program with the University of London and the University of Cambridge. He began his career focused on criminal defence, building a reputation for trials, bail hearings and sentencing arguments, before spending five years as in-house counsel for two publicly traded companies handling civil litigation. He has since returned to criminal defence full-time in Alberta.
