About Rahul

Rahul Aggarwal is a family law lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator practising as Clean Divorce, with offices in Vancouver and New Westminster serving Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, and the Greater Vancouver area. He helps clients resolve spousal support, child support, parenting time, guardianship, protection, divorce, and property settlement disputes outside of court wherever possible, and can also adjudicate disputes as an arbitrator. Before becoming a lawyer, Rahul worked at the Missing Women Commission of Inquiry under the Honourable Wally Oppal, K.C., and later articled with the Commission's senior counsel, former Law Society of BC president Art Vertlieb, K.C., and Carol Hickman, K.C. He previously served as a director on the Board of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society (2014-2020) and currently serves as a Director of the BC Family Justice Innovative Lab. Rahul attended law school at the University of Sydney, Australia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
