Rafail Veli came to law later in life after more than 13 years in consulting, technology, and engineering, including board directorship experience. He was called to the bar in the UK in 2011 and in Ontario in 2019, and lives in Buffalo, New York while maintaining a Canadian office in St. Catharines.
