About Rafael
Rafael Badiola earned his Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary. During law school he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada as a Project Coordinator for its Immigration Project and worked as a student caseworker with Student Legal Assistance. Before joining Hendrix Law, he practiced at a general-practice mid-sized Calgary firm, appearing in the Court of King's Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice on family, child welfare, and employment files. At Hendrix Law his practice focuses on foreclosure, and he has conducted trials and hearings in the Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Justice, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Badiola is a Section Executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Foreclosure South Section and serves the Filipino Calgarian community, offering services in Tagalog and English.
