Craig Bottomley has represented clients on charges including murder, manslaughter, organized crime and sexual assault, with a particular interest in litigating breaches of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He has argued numerous appeals before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario and is a former Vice-President of the Criminal Lawyers' Association.
