About Kamiya

Kamiya Arora is the founder of Kamiya Law Practice in Brampton, with more than seven years of Canadian legal experience in family law, wills and estates, immigration law, and real estate law. She is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario and represents clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, including custody, access, support, child protection, and support enforcement matters. She is a member of the Legal Aid Ontario panel and accepts legal aid clients in family law matters. She holds a law degree and an MBA in International Business, completed the Internationally Trained Lawyer Program at the University of Toronto, a mediation and conflict resolution internship with St. Stephen's Community House, and the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
