About Piotr

Piotr Luczak grew up in Poland before moving to Canada in 1989 and has lived in Lunenburg since 2007. He articled with the Canadian Environmental Law Association in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004, then moved to Lunenburg and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar the same year he joined the firm as an associate in 2007. He became a partner in 2010 and principal in 2022. His practice focuses on company law and property matters, including the tax implications of property transactions, and he regularly acts for non-residents of Canada on asset transfers. He provides pro bono legal services to community organizations and was part of the North Preston Land Titles Clarification Act pro bono lawyers group.
