About Pierre

Pierre Brossoit practised litigation for over 35 years and now works exclusively as a mediator and arbitrator, mainly in commercial, construction and real estate disputes. He is accredited by the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec and, since 2018, has been one of a small group of practitioners authorized to rule on contractor and subcontractor claims on Quebec government construction contracts, having issued several rulings on claims exceeding $750,000. He also serves as an ethics commissioner overseeing tender processes.
