Philip Pollack practiced civil litigation at a large downtown Toronto law firm, primarily representing national and international insurers, before founding his personal injury practice. He focuses on motor vehicle and snowmobile accidents, slip and falls, long-term disability claims, product liability, and sport and recreational litigation, and is a member of The Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
