Peter A. Hoare has practiced exclusively in criminal defence law for 30 years and appears at every level of court in Alberta on behalf of clients facing serious allegations. His practice covers serious indictable matters, homicide and manslaughter, complex trial advocacy, Charter applications, and sexual offences. He appears before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Justice.
