About Peewara

Peewara Sapsuwan is a Barrister and Solicitor at Nicol Law who practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on energy, procurement, construction, infrastructure, and capital projects work, including construction, turnkey, equipment supply, and EPC agreements. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 before being admitted to practice in Alberta. His work spans Alberta and Ontario and includes experience in the Asia-Pacific region. He is fluent in Thai and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Construction Law Section and the Law Society of Alberta.
