About Paul

Paul Lewin has practised law in Toronto and across Canada for over 27 years, with a focus on cannabis and psychedelics litigation and consultation. He practises with Lewin & Sagara LLP and has litigated multiple constitutional challenges to medical cannabis regulations, including an Alberta case that struck down parts of the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations. He served on the board of NORML Canada from 2011 to 2020.
