About Paul

Paul leads a diverse practice focused on contentious tax matters and banking litigation, appearing at the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and all levels of court in Manitoba. His tax practice is complemented by work for banks, credit unions and other lenders in enforcement proceedings, foreclosures and creditors' rights litigation, and he also practises privacy law, advising businesses on data management, breaches and anti-spam compliance. Paul is a governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and an elected bencher of the Law Society of Manitoba.
