About Paul

Paul J. Dunn is a Calgary lawyer who has practiced wills and estates law in Alberta since 1985, advising clients on estate planning, administration, and litigation. He prepares wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and personal directives, and guides executors and administrators through probate and grant of administration applications. He also handles estate disputes, including will challenges, executor removal, and passing of accounts. Dunn holds a B.Comm from the University of Calgary (1981) and an LLB from McGill University (1984). He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and has taught at the Law Society of Alberta's Bar Admission Course and lectured for the Legal Education Society of Alberta.
