Paul Nothof practices business law in Edmonton, advising on operational and strategic matters, corporate structuring, governance, business succession planning, private mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions, along with real estate development, condominium law, and syndications. Nothof served as Ogilvie LLP's managing partner from 1993 to 2020 and has been a partner since 1993. Nothof earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1985 and a Bachelor of Commerce in 1982, and completed an ICD.D certification at the Alberta School of Business in 2023. Nothof was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2014, has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
